Withdrawl Options

All withdrawal requests are assessed within 48 to 72 business hours during our regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. Once assessed, players who have been in breach of any promotional terms, or have not provided their verification documents in full, or have some other suspicious activity, will have their request to withdraw declined. Players will be able to be notified of the reasons for this decline. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monday thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.

When requesting a withdrawal via check, please allow up to 5 business days before having the transaction approved and another 5 to 10 business days before the check is delivered to you.

You may place your withdrawal request at the casino cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as the system does not process several withdrawal requests.

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is $200.00.

The maximum limit for any withdrawal is $2,000.00. Payments above $2,000.00 will be paid out via instalments not exceeding $4,000.00 per month in accordance to casino policies.

For example, a $11,500.00 winner will be paid $4,000.00 in the first month, $4,000.00 in the second month and $3,500.00 in the third month.

The casino may adjust these amounts for certain VIP players, and management will be able to address specific requirements on a case by case basis with VIP members.

Please remember that while we will always strive to adhere to this payment schedule, there are from time to time matters beyond our control which inevitably leads to delays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you will we always seek to address these unforeseen difficulties as quickly as possible.

For security reasons and casino policies withdrawal methods cannot be combined and only one withdrawal will be processed at the same time. If you have a withdrawal pending and want to cash out more winnings, please cancel the withdrawal by visiting the cashier and request it again for a higher amount.
